We buy bulk quantities of real leather, real sheepskin/shearling, and real fur for upcycling. This is a materials buy-back program (not consignment). We’re focused on volume and authenticity.

What We Buy
✅ Real Leather (any condition)
Jackets, pants, skirts, coats, and leather fabric panels. Condition and sizing do not matter much because we upcycle. We price common leather by weight.
✅ Real Sheepskin / Shearling
Sheepskin/shearling coats and panels. We primarily price by weight; exceptional full panels may be priced differently after review.
✅ Real Fur
Full fur garments and real-fur trims. Fur is priced per item because weight alone doesn’t reflect value.
What We Don’t Buy
- Faux leather, vegan leather, PU, pleather, bonded leather
- Faux fur (even if it looks real)
- Items with no material label and no clear proof of authenticity
- Unless we approve it in writing: shoes, bags, belts, or accessories

Typical Pricing
We buy these materials for upcycling, so pricing is based on material type, volume, and usability. The ranges below are typical estimates (not guarantees). Final pricing is determined after inspection.

Important: We do not compete with top-dollar resale marketplaces (like eBay). Our program is for sellers who want a fast, bulk, hassle-free payout without listing, messaging, buyer returns, or fees.
Minimums & Shipping Labels
Minimum shipment to qualify for a prepaid label
- Leather / Shearling: minimum 10 lbs total
- Real Fur: minimum 2 full fur garments OR combined with leather/shearling to meet the 10 lb minimum
Prepaid labels are provided only after we approve your submission. If your shipment does not meet minimums, we can still consider it, but you would be responsible for shipping costs.
We reserve the right to limit label size/weight and choose the carrier based on cost and destination.
How It Works

Submit your items for approval
Send photos and an estimated item count and/or weight. We’ll confirm if your items qualify before you ship. -
Get approved + receive a shipping label (if you meet minimums)
We’ll email you instructions and (when eligible) a prepaid label. -
Pack & ship
Pack items securely. Please include a note with your name, email, and preferred payout method. -
Inspection
When your shipment arrives, we verify materials are authentic and sort by category. -
Get paid
Payment is sent within 5 business days after inspection (PayPal).

Terms & Conditions (Please Read)
1) Authentic materials only
We buy real leather, real sheepskin/shearling, and real fur only. By submitting and shipping items, you represent that the items are authentic natural materials to the best of your knowledge.
2) Approval required (do not ship without approval)
Do not ship items to us unless we approve your submission in writing (email confirmation). Unapproved shipments may be rejected.
3) Inspection and final offer
All shipments are inspected upon arrival. Final payout is based on the items we receive, authenticity verification, and category sorting. The pricing ranges on this page are estimates and not guaranteed.
4) Non-qualifying items are not returned
Items that do not meet our criteria — including faux leather, faux fur, vegan leather, PU/pleather, or otherwise non-qualifying materials — will not be returned and may be recycled, donated (where appropriate), or discarded at our discretion. By shipping items to us, you agree to waive return rights for non-qualifying materials.
5) Shipping label terms
Prepaid shipping labels are provided at our discretion after approval and only when minimums are met. If a shipment arrives significantly below the approved quantity/weight, contains a high percentage of non-qualifying items, or differs materially from what was submitted, we may deduct actual shipping costs from your payout or decline payout.
6) No returns / no partial returns
Because this is a bulk materials program, we do not offer returns (full or partial) once items are received. Please only send items you are comfortable selling under these terms.
7) Payments
Payments are issued within 5 business days after inspection, via PayPal. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. We may request identity verification for fraud prevention.
8) Seller responsibility
You are responsible for properly packaging items to prevent damage in transit. We are not responsible for shipments lost or damaged by the carrier.
9) Program updates
We may update pricing, minimums, and acceptance criteria at any time. The terms that apply to you are the terms in effect at the time your submission is approved.
